The Story of Alice and Angus
With our love of great scents, home design, nature and sustainability Alice and Angus was established to provide the candle products we’ve always wanted to buy.

Our mission is to make candles with great scents, long lasting fragrance and excellent burn time. Each candle is individually hand poured and packaged to make a great gift whether for you or your friends and family.
Founded by Louise and Steven in early 2020, it was crucial that we sourced the most environmentally sustainable packaging, ranging from our use of recycled boxes to the plant-based ink we use on our stamps.
Having been intrigued by the connection between smell and memory it’s been a wonderful personal journey to choose the right scents for our range and we hope you enjoy them too.
Our Planet
Sustainability is at the core of our mission. We’ve carefully selected packaging materials through our partners to ensure that all our packing is either:
Recycled
Recyclable; or
Compostable
We are a member of the Eco packaging alliance meaning that with every order we make, we plant trees in deforested regions across the world to help revive biodiversity.
With every candle we provide a wildflower meadow dustcover that can be planted to provide habitat for insects and become a vital source of food for pollinators.
Our Products
Our products are made using both soy wax and rapeseed and coconut wax, we believe that both these waxes make excellent candles and that through using waxes from multiple sources we reduce our environmental impact.
