Shipping Policy
Candles can be delivered to any UK address, if you would like candles delivered to an address outside of the UK please contact us using the form below to discuss your requirements.
As our candles are handmade in small batches they will be posted within 5 working days of an order being placed.
Wholesale and Corporate orders
We are delighted to work with wholesale or corporate partners to provide candles to suit your requirements, please contact us using the form below to discuss how we can help.
Returns and refunds
We hope you'll be delighted with your candle however if this is not the case, we offer a full refund for goods returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase. For details of how to return your purchase please contact us using the form below.
Cancellation
Under the UK's distance selling regulations you have 14 days from the receipt of your candle to cancel your order. You have another 14 days to return the candle once you have notified us of the cancellation. We will refund all cancellations within 14 days of receiving the candle back. Please note that in the event of an order cancellation shipping wil not be refunded.
